Reviews and Ratings
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and conveniently located right above the office, offering easy access to Williams College and Spring Street for shopping and dining. However, the property was showing signs of needing a remodel.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. On one hand, the rooms were quite disappointing, with a dreary and old appearance, but on the other hand, the service was exceptional and the location was extremely convenient. The dining options were basic, but the price was reasonable for the value provided.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. Although the rooms initially had a musty smell and felt cold and damp, they eventually warmed up. However, they did seem quite dated and not very fresh. The service was friendly overall, but when I complained about the heat, I didn't find much help. The location in the Williamstown area was satisfactory, especially due to parking convenience, but being next to a police station was a bit off-putting. The dining options were decent, offering a variety of breakfast items, but could have been more diverse to cater to a wider audience.
